Do We Have Catalogs & Fabric Samples?
In an effort to keep our costs and your wholesale prices as low as possible, we print a limited amount of color catalogs each year. These are reserved for large projects and available upon request .Our "online catalog" represents only "BRAND NAME" products and is being expanded constantly. We realize that it can be hard to view fabrics & finishes online and colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings. We try our hardest to ensure the products fabrics & finishes match the actual pictures and have had all product pictures professionally scanned. To request fabric or finish samples, please email us at info@Furntogo.com. Please include your name, address, product model, and fabric / finish selections. Samples will be sent via UPS / FEDEX and should be received within 3-5 business days.
Can We Send a
Factory Brochure?
Due to fairly rapid changes in styles, fabrics and finishes, most manufacturers don't offer brochures. However, if there is an item you are interested in that is not yet shown on our website, we may be able to email a photo for your consideration. How Can I Place My
Order?
You can order simply by using our easy secure shopping cart online ordering system. Just pick your product, quantity & finish, add it to your shopping cart and then complete our secure check out process. You can also place your order by fax at (954) 642-9644. If you wish to place your order by phone, please call customer support at (800) 933-3453 or email us at service@furntogo.com and our customer support representatives will call you back by the next business day to take your order by phone.
What Methods
of Payment Do You Accept?
We offer a wide variety of ways to pay including MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Money Orders & Checks ( cleared by the bank) , and Wire Transfers.

Does Furntogo.com Charge
Sales Tax?
We do not charge sales tax, except orders shipping to destinations within the State of Florida which will be subject to a 6% sales tax. Unless or until Congress changes the law on internet sales tax collection, this could amount to some substantial savings. Your local or state laws may vary on "use tax" when you buy something that's shipped to you from "out of state". We leave it to you to handle this as you see fit.
When Can I Expect
My Order?
All Furntogo.com products are "IN STOCK AND READY TO SHIP” and leave our facilities within 72 hours (excluding weekends). If we find that there is going to be any unusual delay, we will notify you via email. If you have a “time sensitive” order, please contact us with the specific product you are interested in and we will give you an estimated ship date and, if necessary, your expedited shipping fee.
What Is
Furntogo.com's Delivery Policy?
Prices shown on our Website include FREE shipping within continental United States, unless “Free Shipping” is not noted for that product.
Shipping and handling charges are extra for any products not designated “free shipping” or for any shipments outside the Continental United States. These costs are quoted separately by our customer service department via email at service@furntogo.com following the order and are subject to your approval via return email, prior to completion of your order. Upon receipt, these costs will be added to the cost of the products and the total will be charged to your credit card provided.
Most orders are shipped UPS / FEDEX ground however some orders may require shipment by semi-truck. All semi-truck orders are shipped "tailgate" delivery only unless “lift-gate” service has been requested at an additional charge.
Many of our products are shipped unassembled. Assembly service is available at extra cost and is done by appointment only.
Some shipments may not be left at your door without your signature. We cannot be held responsible for freight costs incurred by returned shipments for this reason. We reserve the right to bill you for shipping charges on refused shipments. We reserve the right to bill you for incorrect delivery addresses, typos caused by you when your order was placed and requests to forward shipments to another address. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

All of our products come with a full manufacturers’ lifetime warranty, which vary in length from manufacturer to manufacturer. Further details on manufacturers’ warranties are also attached to your new product upon receipt.

What Happens if I
Cancel My Order?
Once your order is placed, if you decide to cancel and we are able to cancel the order with the factory/ warehouse facility before your product is "shipped" there will be no charge. Keep in mind that the shipping process typically begins almost immediately of our facilities. All order cancellations must be made in writing. Please call or email us to cancel an order.
Once your order has shipped, you must take delivery of the product. If you cancel your order after it has shipped, you will be responsible for a 30% restocking charge as well as shipping charges, both to and from the originating facility, which will be deducted from your refund. Does Furntogo.com Have
A Return Policy?
Yes, we are one of the few online office furniture stores that do! Here's how it works. Once you receive your order, you have 90 days to use it. If for any reason you wish to return your product, simply contact customer service at service@furntogo.com or (800) 933-3453 for a return authorization number (RA). Many of our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund and you will also be responsible for shipping the merchandise back to us. All returns must be in the original condition and packaging. All returns are also subject to a 30% restocking fee , however if you decide to order a replacement for the item you're returning, of the same or greater value, we may waive all or part of the 30% restocking fee. You will still be responsible for the shipping charges to and from the warehouse facility on the items you are returning.
What About
International Delivery?
International delivery (including Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada is available. Delivery costs to the nearest U.S point or port will be quoted to you in addition to the price of the products. Please contact customer service at service@furntogo.com or (800) 933-3453. You will be responsible for arrangements and shipping charges outside of the contiguous United States.
Our international customers tell us that our price advantage is substantial compared to "local" prices even after adding international shipping charges. (One of our international customers told us they were at least $2,000 ahead on the local price of the same or equivalent products, even after paying the shipping charges from the U.S.!) Duties and taxes on items shipped outside the U.S. are your responsibility.

Our prices are “wholesale prices and typically reflect a savings of 30% to 50% off the manufacturers suggested retail price, ("MSRP"). This is not to say that we have ever sold the products shown here on our Web site at MSRP, just that our prices are much lower than what the manufacturers suggest. While "list prices" and "discounts" vary from place to place, we're confident that our prices represent extraordinary value.
